about 125 g of dried hibiscus flowers
vanilla sugar or not at discretion

A few sprigs of fresh mint Bring water to a simmer.
It should not boil. Add flowers and mint, sugar and let steep 30 minutes.
Skip to China.
Bottle and refrigerate.
Drink well chilled!
 
Drink
500 ml water or 500 ml milk
60 g powder bouye
125 g sugar (or honey)

Mix ingredients.
Go to the refrigerator.
Enjoy!

You can add cinnamon, other juice (hibiscus, mango ...)
